Brazil is closely related in our minds to the annual Carnival and incendiary samba. But the most contrasting country in South America is full of gastronomic features that attract guests from all over the world.
On April 9, this paradise will be a little closer for the guests of Terracotta restaurant. The next stop on our journey through thematic cuisines from around the world is Brazil!
We will play our cards close to the vest – we note the main features of the corner.
Restaurant guests will get acquainted with the tradition of shepherd’s grill – churrasco. The menu includes beef, pork, lamb, as well as chicken and turkey, cooked in the style of Brazilian barbecue.
They will try feijoada, Brazil’s national dish of black beans, smoked pork and other meats. They say that feijoada was come up with African slaves; the Portuguese brought two types of smoked sausage, and the Indians added farofa, mixture of cassava flour and butter.
But man can’t live by meat alone. The chef of Terracotta restaurant will cook fish with coconut milk and nuts, the famous moqueca and fried squids for lovers of seafood delicacies.
We recommend you to finish the meal with a cup of mate tea with pastel de nata dessert or one of the seasonal exotic fruits.
